Why not have Yoshimo, Rain, Lelia and Munashii be a different team, and this can be a team assembled in times were ninja need tracking down/eliminated? Call it the Tracking Team or something like that.

Well if you want to be the leader you have to prove that you are better than Rain, Munashii, and Lelia, so I think you should start a spar.

You all should spar against each other, and I will determine the leader based of quality of RPing, and IC quality.
