No more creating S-rank shinobi, simply because you already have one. That has to end my friends. You will make an app, and ask for a certain posistion or strength, don't imply that you're of a certain strength by posting your character as posistion not yet approved. Also, to become part of a village's Black Ops unit you must first contact that unit's Head Op. If he or she rejects your application, then you simply won't be part of that unit.
