Wow....I mean it wasnt even that hard to do even do the template, I mean all you had to do was explain the attack. But since you cant even copy and paste and try to get away with it, im not approving it. Even if you do edit and make it right, im not letting you having this ability cause
1. Its an A-rank jutsu, you dont even have the right skills of a genin, I havent even seen you once have a good rp.
2. Its a ninjutsu, not a genjutsu, and also dont lower it so YOU can use it
3. I have to say again, you didnt even C/P right, I mean, thats kinda sad
