Money System

Basically this is how it will start for now. The less active a village is, the less money they'll have. I'll do the deductions.

The more successfull missions the village does, the more money it gets.
S-5,000 Ryo
A-3,000 Ryo
B-1,000 Ryo
C-500 Ryo
D-100 Ryo

For the sake of wanting people to RP and be active, the more active your village is by the end of the month, you'll get a bonus at my discretion. (I'll be some what generous)

I might need some help. I can watch Kumogakure's account and Kirigakure's account. Maybe Taki. I just need someone that can watch whats going on. Anyone willing to volunteer might be rewarded.
