Name of the Kekkei Genkai:Sukin
Type of Kekkei Genkai: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Description: The sukin have a speical, unhuman type of skin. Their skin is gum like, it is very strechable and can form into most shapes. Not only is their skin like this, but the insides of their bodies are similar, although not as much as the outside. Also, the have the abitily to copy DNA from others, just from small samples of their oppoent. They can take this infromation and use it to learn small things, such as jutsu and fighting tatics. Also, they can use their skin, to bind someone, much like Gaara would in his sand burial. Lastly, they have the abitliy to grow body parts back, excpet for their heads. With this, what even DNA is absorbed the users body takes the form, of that until they diecede they no longer wish to use that DNA.
Weakness: There are not many know weakness for this Kekkei Genkai, but when copying DNA, it takes sometime to fully procude a copy.(3 posts) However this does not leave the user open for attacks, but they will have to keep an eye out of this area. This is because they have to use charka to copy the DNA. The user cannot fully copy a oppoents DNA, not even if the oppoent is dead. It does also take Charka to prouduce new body parts, but it does it at a fairly fast pace. The jutsu's that are copied are slightly weakend. To say the least, this bloodline takes time to do, but it does not fully disable the user.

I think it needs a weakness for taking your opponents jutsu. Like maybe when you use the jutsu, it is not as effective as when the original person does it. That is just an idea.
