Personality: His philosophy on life: the faster you do one thing, the more time you have for the next thing. He rushes things alot but the second most laidback person, next to the god of wind. He has no problems not going according to plan

History: Kuga was born 141 years before the plot. He is the only son to the orginal god of lightning and goddess of storm. He has a very unique personality, a very quick and somewhat quirky personality at times, he has been able to perform many task at hand at one time but most of the time he is laidback. He was always a troublemaker, as seen by his stormy personality, he has tendicacies of causing recklass annoyance on the other gods and more so the third king of gods, whose been trying to get rid of Kuga but failed continously. At the young promising age of 16, he begins to devolop his lightning abilities. The promising abilities of this young being was truly a sight to be known for as he was going to surpass his father in more ways the any. From then unto the future, Kuga was getting more and more masteful on lightning even able to turn his whole body into lightning. He is considered the 5th fastest of the gods amongs them for this ability. When Kuga was 123 years old, his parents, were killed by an unknown assassin. It was rumored to be the third king of gods but it was never concluded on the matter. The current king of gods wanted Kuga to be in his council with him so he might be able to help balance out the realms and come to conclusion on the deaths of his parents. Kuga joins without thought and begins to help the king of gods. Slowly but surely he begins to be corrupted

The second youngest of the elemental gods. He shows promising abilities to learn techniques at a very high rate. He is above average in taijutsu, his speed allows him to attack his opponents without the use of long enduring taijutsu fights. He has mastery over all raiton ninjutsu attacks and defenses, since raiton is one of the more powerful of the elements he is one of the more powerful of the council members
