Name of the Kekkei Genkai: Kokugan
Type of Kekkei Genkai: Doujutsu

Description: The Kokugan abilities differenciate from person to person but more so, Joutens Kokugan allows him to manipulate time for a brief period. The Kokugan has a simple ability of forcing the chakra into the time/space realm and forcing time to stop, slowing it down or distort. Example: The target moves at Jouten, he performs Katon: Goryuuka no jutsu at him. Jouten activates the Kokugan. The target attack seems to slow to the target and is distorted by the slowling down the user's attack, allowing Jouten to dodge. This is a moderate use of the Kokugan. A small usage would be for him to disappear out of site and appear a target. The target turns around to attack but it is only a mirage of Jouten. A large usage would be to stop time itself and he is able to move around freely. In this mode he is not able to perform any ninjutsu nor genjutsu but he is able to perform taijutsu moves. Reason being is because the chakra is more focus on the eyes and it can do little to perform moves as such.
Weakness: The use of chakra is its weakness. Unless the target is able to manipulate time/space then that is another weakness as well.
