Description: The Kagegan is able to convert one element chakra into another. (ex. If someone used Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique on a Kagegan user, he would to avoid the attack by converting it to water to survive.) Because of this, it is also able to give access to all six elements. It can also track even the slightest movements and see things of a distance of upto 500 kilometres.
Weaknesses: The user must have full concentration and good chakra control. Element must have chakra in it in order for it to be able to be converted into another element.
