Description: The user channles chakra to their hand and uses the chakra to heal wounds. Like other ones, it can be used a scalpel, but this one is not so strong, it can only make minor injrys, but can cut blood vessals causing inerternal bleeding.

Weakness: Can only heal small wounds, like a cut by a kunai or something like that, can\'t heal things like a splien injury etc. BUt can heal veins and arteries.
