Name of Weapon or Item: Twin bladed fans.

Description: Just plain japanese style fans with thin sheets of metal that leave a blade at the tips of the fans. They can also channel chakra through them.

History: Passed down through her family, Raisen obtained these weapons and trained to use them ever since she was a small child. She saw they were plain and decided to decorate them with some caligrophy for each of her attacks. (symbols for chakra, fire and lightning)

Appearance: you can see them in the picture of Raisen.
