Weakness: Not effective against ground, but not easily avoided, it does require a good amount of power to use.

Description: Again the use of chakra and the twin bladed fans produce flames that sweep along the floor (or air if in an arial attack) Towards an apponant in a wave formation along with strong wind.

Weakness: Does not work on water and required concentration to execute, otherwise it will be nothing more than an ember or an explosion that could kill the user.

Description: The user forces a large amount of chakra into the strong wind created by the fans to cut and slice an enemy near by. It works better when in the air and aimed downwards.

Weakness: The amount of chakra used needs to be controlled or it could be dangerous and sap all the chakra from the user's body and kill them. It alsocauses some damage to the user if they are in the wind after the jutsu is preformed.
