Name of Weapon or Item: lightning sword

Location: the location is on his back.

Description: This sword can cut thourgh everything and it can shot lightning.

History: Raikou was training in a cave when he saw a light at the end of the cave. He travled back and found two skeletons with sword thourgh there harts. he picked one up and saw how the sword was created. The maker had cursed the sword so it would shot lightning. Raikou held the sword and lightning came out. He kep the sword and used it in every battle.

You'll need to have either a weakness to the sword or a limitation on how long you can continue to shoot out lightning. Does it depend on the amount of chakra you have or is it just something the blade can only do?
