Musical Genjutsu.

Name Kekkei Genkai: Musical Genjutsu
Type of Kekkei Genkai: Genjutsu(Possibly)
Rank: E-S
Description: This type of Bloodline involve the user using a flute, or instrument like it. By playing the right notes, the user is able to cast a genjutsu on the opponent. Unfortunetly, not very many things can block out the music. Some types of genjutsu used with this bloodline, may involve certain instruments or a string of headseals first. How this works, is that the user forces chakra out of either the hands or mouth. The mouth is always the better place to infuse the chakra into the notes. Most Genjutsu is of medium range, and can be cut off by a very loud noise. Sometimes, a bloodline inheiriter may create ninjutsu, or summonings for the instrument, increasing their chances of winning. Most inheirriters would perfere genjutsu over all, but can still use taijutsu and ninjutsu fairly well.
Weakness: Cannot go far range, and can be counter effected by a very loud noise(Like a cyclone). Instruments cannot be used with elemental attacks, or the user would break their own weapon. Sometimes, handseals or certain instruments are neccessary.

Im wondering, what type of S-rank capabilities does this musical genjutsu allow you do? When im thinking S-ranked, im thinking something like the mangekyou sharingans abilities, its powerful but it also damages the user as well

There is no way and hell you are getting this passed as a bloodline. First off its just a type of genjusu, not something that can be restricted to a single family. This is no where near original. Tauya???? I highly doubt that her abbility was a bloodline. Simply it was a skill that she had mastered. Sorry, but I can not allow this to be called a bloodline. You can still have it, but it wont be a bloodline. And like Kyouken said, it is not S rank by any means especailly considering Tayuya was only around chunin rank. So id say B rank at best. Maybe even a high C rank, depnding on each individual genjutsu used through this technique.
