Name of Weapon or Item:Ninja PAPER!
Description: The paper, unlike normal wite paper, is one shade darker than normal paper, and is lined with microscopic chakra threads. There is also a pencil, its a normal pencil nothing specail normal HB2 pencil nothing specail. The paper allows Rtusubo to use his ink jutsu.
History:The history of thsi weapon has not been long. Rtusubo created the paper when he graduated from the academy. When Rtusubo is realy bored he makes paper, and draws stuff. One day he thought he should put his talent to sue and created the specail paper.
Appearance:paper.... thats as descriptive as it gets besides what I told in the description
