Description:

This Skills Name Derived From The Creator, he Used It To Sink An Entire Village. It Creates A Pit, Thats Filled With A Substance Almost Like Quicksand Just Much More Effective, It Sinks The Target. Be Sure To Note That Osamu Has Not Perfected The Technique So Sinking An Entire Village Is Out Of His Reach. He Can However Sink A Group Of People And Summons. This Can Be Used In Sync With The Infinite Rainfall To Make The Target Sink Faster.

Weakness: Due To The Massive Size Of The Jutsu It Takes Alot Of Chakra To Caste, It Must Also Be Used At far Range, Or The Caster Risks Being Cuaght In It And Harming Himself. Using This Technique With The Infinite Rainfall Jutsu Does Make It Exponentially More Effective, But It Makes Escaping Exponentially Easier.

Shichiro Can Use This Technique To Create Endless Rainfall, It Can Be Used Right Above Him, He Can Also Cast The Jutsu Farther Away From Himself To Aid A Partner. This Technique Sufficently Increases The Power, Range, And Accuracy Of Shichiro's Water Techniques. This Technique Can Also Be Used In Unison With Raiton, Fuuton, and Some Doton Skills (Sunken Colony), To Make Them More Effective, It Can Also Be Used In Sync With Flash Flood Jutsu To Make His Suiton Techniques Unbelievably More Effective.

Weakness:

This Technique Takes A Certain Amount Of Concentration, If Shichiro Loses To Much Concentration The Technique Ends. When Used In Sync With The Flash Flood Jutsu It Makes His Fuiton Skills Exponentially More Powerful, But Due To The Fact He Must Concentrate Chakra In His Feet To Stay Afloat It Makes Combat Extremely Difficult, And When The Skills End He Is Drained.

Shichiro Flash Floods The Area In A Certain Radius Of Himself (Sorta Like Kisame), Since Shichiro Has Not Mastered This Technique Using It Anywhere But Under Him Is Almost Impossible. This Technique Greatly Increases The Power, Range, And Acccuracy Of Shichiro's Techniques, And Can Also Hypercharge Raiton Skills. This Skill Is Required To Cast The Water Style - Whirlpool Jutsu.

Weakness: This Is One Of The Only Water Techniques Shichiro Knows That Takes Alot Of Chakra To Use, It Also Greatly Weakens Shichiro's Earth Techniques, This Technique Also Eliminates At Chance Of Mokuton Skills, Leaving Shichiro With Only Fuiton Skills As His Offensive Tool.

This Technique Creates A Whirlpool Below Shinchiro's Target, Pulling Them Under Water For Sometime. It Has Almost No Damage Potential And Is Used For More Of A Distraction So Shichiro Can Get Ready To Use A More Powerful Technique. If The Target Is Skilled Enough In Chakra Concentration They Can Stay Afloat And Render This Technique Useless. Never The Less Its A Technique Shichiro Has Found Uses For In Many Battles And Is Always Used When He Needs To Make An Escape.

Weakness: This Technique Has Very Little Weaknesses, Besides The Fact That It Needs An Abundant Source Of Water To Be Used.

Alright, sorry for that. It isn't said to me often. Either way, I have some advice. Make the jutsus weaker, and make sure you post they are unmastered. That's what I did for jutsus that can gain more power.
