That would not make this jutsu B-ranked. One shadow clone is B-ranked. 1000, probably A or S ranked.

I dont get it, why would you hit each tenketsu 1000 times when 1 is enough to close it? Also I think it would take much time for 1000 clones to hit 1 person 64 times.
I'd just use 64-palms and then, when opponent cant much stand up, kill him, rather than making it 1000 times longer action.

Description:This jutsu utilizes the chakra control gained through Gentle Fist training to release a huge amount of chakra from the user's chakra points right before being struck. The released chakra blocks any possible attack on the user. The user then spins rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any nearby attackers.

Weakness:only works if the enemy is close to the user or is the enemy attack with trowing weapons.

Because the hyuuga clan taijutsu can only be learn by those in the Hyuuga clan, there is no need to place a rank on it cause no one else can learn such taijutsu.
