Sheiken Hyuga: Byakugan and Sharingan

Name:Sheiken Hyuga
Age:13
Bloodline:He can use Byakugan but on one mission his eye got plucked out by a crazy cat they were trying to capture so his eye got replaced but they accidently gave him a Sharingan eye. Later, Tobi of the Akatsuki would pluck out the eye so he's back to normal Byakugan.
Rank:Genin. He's in Konoha but is training for Senjutsu with the frogs like Naruto.
Classification:Genin
Village: Konoha
Alignment: Always going for the good side but has a last resort for REALLY big jutsu.
Appearance: He looks like this:
That's exactly how he looks like.
Personality: He's very friendly but also very strong at the same time. So don't anger him. Or else he'll chop your arms off.
History: He's one of the strongest of the Hyuga clan. In fact, he might be as strong as White Fang. Now, that was just me being sarcastic, so don't think he's really as strong as White Fang. He's befriended Kakashi sensei. Everyone was surprised when he announced that he was going to train with frogs to learn Senjutsu. He's especially made good friends with Naruto. He's met all of the sannin and was very sad when the 2 boys of the band died. He vowed to go with Naruto and his friends Sakura and Sai to try and destroy the orginization Akatsuki. Everyone probably would expect Naruto to complain, but oddly enough, he agreed.
After helping Naruto and the gang kill Kisame, they recently figured out that Kisame is still alive and well. Now, they're ignoring Kisame for now, and are working on finding Zetsu's weakness. The only thing they've found out so far is that he has to sides of himself. Kind of like having 2 heads and 2 brains, but he has just color. He looks like a guy in a plant and can hide anywhere, so they've decided to try and use fire element jutsu. Tobi plucked out his Sharingan eye. This concludes the history of Sheiken Hyuga's history until age 13.
Specialty: He's very skilled at eye genjutsu since he has the Sharingan. Or at least used to. He still can do good eye genjutsu but not as strong as he would have if he still had the Sharingan.
Learned jutsus: The following information is for Sheiken's main jutsu.
Name: Raidori
Type: Welectricity (I know that doesn't make much sense, so it's basicly water and electricity)
Effect: It's Rasengan and Chidori put together to have the Chidori floating in your hand. Here's how it works: you make a Kage Bunshin (shadow clone) and have it concentrate on focusing your chakra into the center of your palm. Have the Kage Bunshin keep focusing the chakra into the palm until it's a big ball of electricity floating about 1 centimeter above your hand. You can then either throw the big ball at your opponent, and don't worry, it's homed on your opponent, so it won't miss, or you can slam it into the ground so it digs all the way to your opponent and traps it into a cage where the bars are filled with electric chakra so it electricutes whoever touches the bars. It's a little less stronger then Rasengan because the chakra power is very neutral.
Elements:His dominant element is electricity and his recessive element is water.
Weapons/items: He always carries around a pack of ciggaretts and a lighter. He also has his headband diagonal like Kakashi because he has one eye having a permanent Sharingan too. He also has that face mast like Kakashi too. His hand gloves are different because they are always powered up with chakra so even one punch can be fatal.
Goals: He hopes to completely destroy the organization Akatsuki.

Well because this is 26 1/2 years into the future, I doubt you'll know Naruto, Kakashi, Kisame, etc in your history.
The training of sage/senjutsu: no, even if we do allow you to be train by a sage, you'll need to have physical evidence (training) of how you obtain senjutsu
Sharingan/Byuakugan mix: no
If you are a genin, you are only allowed one element first
These jutsus that include the Raidori (Combining two A-rank jutsu's) is a now as of now, you are only a genin

never mind of me trying to make this better I'm going to make a new character that's more realistic and has more proof of stuff
