Description: Pikapika no Ranpu is a unique bloodline. It allows the user to generate energy in the form of light (it's actually energy, it just looks like light.) It can be used for both explosive and piercing techniques. However they cannot form it at random, it must originate from their body. They cannot just form light around someone's head then explode. It takes 3-6 seconds to generate this minimum, and it takes twice this to form complex shapes. Hands, fingers, and feet are the prime generation point, it takes 2 seconds less. Any other area it takes 2 seconds more.

Weaknesses: Since the bloodline is potentially an explosive, it can possibly severely damage a blundering user. This means that if too much is used at a close distance, the user will most certainly die. Additionally, the power of this bloodline is severely reduced at night, so overwhelming darkness would severely weaken these techniques. Actually, this power is specifically strengthened by the sun, so a cloudy day is also impairing, though not as much.

I have some questions:

• How exactly is it explosive and piercing, considering it is "light"?
  
• How long does it take to generate this light?
  
• Though it must originate from their body, are certain body parts able to generate the light easier, or is it harder to say... generate light from your feet than your hands?
  
• Though normally it is used to fire beams at people, is there any other way a clan member can utilize this? Like creating a sphere of light around them to defend them from attacks?
  
• Say it is day time, but it is a cloudy day, would your powers still be weakened, or is it only at night time? Does your power increase with sunlight or a light source, since it gets weaker at night?
  
• Is it possible to generate too much light and destroy the user itself?
