Generally a flamboyant teen in terms of articles of closing, Hiro dresses in a brightly colored casual suit (most of the time.) Normally this suit consists of a bright red over-jacket, covering a deep yellow shaded button down. Tan, loose, corduroys are worn under this and tan flip-flops are worn on the feet. He never is seen without his "trademark" aviator glasses or white scarf. His ninja pouch is located on his left leg, filled normally with smoke-bombs, kunai, and senbon. His forehead protector is tied around his right leg. Another somewhat trademark item is an acoustic guitar slung over his back.

Personality: His attitude is as flamboyant as his appearance, prone to blurting out random and generally absurd insults to people who annoy him. Aside from that, he is a silly individual. He enjoys sarcasm, finding it extremely funny to tease people. He's into poetry, specifically haiku, often coming up with random and irrelevant poems and thinking they have some meaning to the conversation. He often creates his own words to fit his meaning, however, they usually leave the listener more confused than if he had used normal vocabulary.

History: Born in Kumogakure, his parents were killed by a plague when he was only 5. Inconveniencing, to be sure, because perhaps they possessed the same power Hiro himself possessed, and they would be able to teach him how to control it. Forced into an orphanage, he developed some sort of minor insanity (leading to his personality and appearance.) Needless to say, he was the joker of the place. But that was before he showed his abilities.

It was a tuesday, or perchance a wednesday? (he never divulged the actual day.) He was sitting down at the steps of the orphanage, thinking and writing random haiku, when the "unthinkable" occurred. A robbery was in progress, of his haiku sheet? Why that no good cheating son of a-. He pointed at the thief and shouted "Give it back!" At that precise moment a beam of light shoots out of his hand at the attacker, and explodes just before it hits him. The thief was blown forward as Hiro stared at his finger as if it were a loaded gun.

Obviously he was carted off to the ninja academy right away. And so began his ninja training, on a, sunday? That can't be right. Oh well. Anyways, he is training under observation, the village testing the limitations of his abilities. And there he is to this day. Kumogakure that is.

Specialty: Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, and decently perceptive in combat.

Learned Jutsu:
Yata no Kagami (Eight Span Mirror): Hiro forms light in between his hands, and reflects it off any surface he wishes. He then rides the light to get to his desired location, as well as blind his opponents.

Ama no Murakumo (Gathering Clouds of Heaven): Hiro forms a long sword out of light. The long sword makes small explosions when the point or upper blade comes in contact with anything.

Kousen no Ranpu (Beam of Light): A simple point and lazer attack. However, unlike most techniques, this beam can be either explosive or piercing. It can be bigger or longer depending on the amount of chakra put into it (i.e. for a genin it is thin.)
