Personality: Stelan is a somewhat evil character. He was once good, but a mere troublemaker. He is the brother of Vίκη Tου λαού, and he seems to be the polar opposite of him. They fight often.

History: Stelan grew up with his older brother, in the leaf village. His parents seemed to be loving, but Stelan did not seem to enjoy it. His family used mainly weapons and he did not enjoy that. He wanted to use, jutsu and summon his own. He left his family around the age of eight, to train himself. He met, a man that trained with the same things we wanted. He learned to use the element lightning and summon a race, that is not like many others. These summons, require, a power over the summons, and a person charka to summon them. Stelan learned how to use them, without any seals.

Stelan is now, ten years of age, and wants to show his power to his family. Saldy, the one on in his family that is left, is his older brother Vίκη του λαού. Thier parents will killed in a tragic fire.
