Name of Weapon or Item: Tsuki Special Powder.
Description: Only Tsuki clan members, whom can use the Mixture of Water and Wind can use this item.
You obtain it from an elder in the Clan, or make it on your own, which is very very hard.
History: Tsuki clan members wanted to fnd a way to make their attacks stronger, so they added this extremly explosive powder to it and, bam.
Tsuki clan member, have to handle this item with care, cause it'll blow up easily.
Appearance: A white powder used to blow things up.
