Description:
Hibiki is a special pocket watch used by Kumori Uchiha. Kumori uses some sound based jutsu in battle, and uses this stop watch as a way to inflict sound based genjutsu. Kumori can set a certain noise, and that sound can allow Kumori to establish a Genjutsu. Because the stop watch is the thing making the Genjutsu, Kumori can do something else while the watch inflicts the Genjutsu. While it does not require chakra, it does require electrictiy to work, and must be recharged every once in a while.

History:
Kumori seeked a way to put a pressure on an enemy while battling them, and increase the chance of winning a battle. Using his powerful "three way strategy" using three different components, he decided to make this watch to increase his performance.

Appearance:
A black, rectangle shaped stopwatch, with the screen on top, and buttons below it. On the other side, there is an Uchiha insignia.
