Name of Weapon or Item: A.T.A modified stealth and reconassiance armor v.4

Description: A completely different type of armor that Kyouken had kept from both public and private eyes that hides his appearance from the head downward. This is the fourth generation version of the A.T.A suit that was orginally created by a group of scientist and researchers for The Assasination Tactics and Annihalation squad back after the event of the death the Fourth Hokage. It was the third and fourth hokages experimentation they were having to create for the extremely powerful organization. Orginally, the first suit was design for a optimum levels in stealth and awareness. The visor, which is attach on the eye, gives an overview of the area giving the user both night vision, heat sensors, infrared vision to enhance searches for those who are not users of any of the two doujutsus. It was somewhat skin tight but it was extremely free moving to the user. Flexible but also extremely durable, its warranty of the suit is life seeing it can go through all terrain and elements. It cools the wearer during hot situation and retains heat when it gets cool to ice like temperature. From the amount of mesh that is place around it, the mesh is considered a smaller form of mircotechnology as it has many extremely tiny openings that react to certain temeperature differences. Very useful in battle when situations are intense due to sudden weather changes. Although not prone to genjutsu. That would be one of its many default flaws in it. Unless the user itself does not have experience in genjutsu, it does leave the user ineffective at times.

The Version 4, although still prone to genjutsu, is more so one of Kyouken's modifications towards it. After figuring it out with his younger brother Kudara, before his death, the two of them together modified the suit to make it suit for all occasions. Installing around the waist of the suit is now containers for medicine, weapons modifications. But also a new installment allows Kyouken to perform a "chamleon" effect on the user. It allows his body to blend in into his surroundings and also another modification was a full transformation technique. It allows Kyouken to change his facial appearance, hair, nose, ear, etc. of the person of his choice plus the outfit of there choosing to gain a espionage addage to the suit. Although the "chamleon" effect is temporary for Kyouken it can be run by both the suits battery back or by Kyouken's chakra, whichever is needed for the job. Another modification added was a voice changer that allows Kyouken to sound like a man, women or child.

History: When Kyouken was younger, his official attire for the A.T.A was the v.1 v.2 and the v.3 which was not given to Kyouken as he left the A.T.A with Madara, Itachi and Jouten after the massacre of the Uchiha clan. Kyouken admired the aspect of the uniform as it help him in many situations, not to mention how it kept his identity from neighboring villages. But as he was upgraded to the other versions, he saw the many flaws that the suit had. He knew that he could probably modify it himself and was trying to with the v.3 but he left soon after. It was only 12 years later, when he was 25 years old where he found the an old A.T.A headquaters on the outskirts of the mist village where he saw one of the few remaining uniforms that was the v.3. Kyouken wore it for a few years as a Akatsuki member to see where the flaws occured. During the 26 years of experimentation, Kyouken finally created the v.4 aspect of the suit allowing him to hide his idenity amongst any member of life
