The Jagan Eye

Name of Bloodline: Jagan Eye (third eye)
Type of Bloodline: Doujutsu

Description: There are three of stages of these powers that come apparent as a peron ranks up.
THE DEMON HAWK EYE
A sookato is born wtih 20/4 vision. THis is 5x better than notmal vission and is caused by the increase in contrast due to the nature of their eyes. This trait is apparent from birth and all Sookato have this abbility.
THE SPIRIT MASTERY EYE
At chunin level, the jagan eye gets slightly stronger, granting the user with precise chakra control. The control is so precise in fact that while using a jutsu, they waste almost no chakra in the process. This alows them to use a few extra jutsu than what most ninja of their level would be able to use.
THE CHAKRA HOUND EYE
The third and final stage of the doujutsu appears at jounin level in gifted members of the clan,a nd jounin level in those who are not as gifted. Though it is unknown, those who are gifted have at least a 45% blood connection with their clan's founder, Hiei Sookato. This stage of the Jagan eye gives the user the ability to sense chakra. This is different from seeing chakra. One who can sense chakra simply knows that it is there. The jagan at this level is capable of locking on to even the slighetest leak of chakra. This also alerts them of attacks coming from angles out of their range of vission.
THE MIRROR JAGAN EYE
As of now, Kengen is the only individula to posses this doujutsu. It has all the powers of the above abbilities and the power of the half-blooded miraa doujutsu.
Weaknesses: can not be kept open for exteneded periods of time with out rest. The eye can be destroyed by some jutsu, however it can be regrown over time with effort and pwer.

Ok hang on the second stage is kinda BS because you basicly lose no chakra when you use a jutsu when you should.

Ive been through all the banter before He uses chakra but you know how ninjas usally waste more chakra than they need for the jutsu The stage allows them to eliminate that excesse waste but still use the the amount reguired to use the jutsu.
