Kindgom Swords

Name of Weapon or Item: Kingdom Swords
Description: The Swords are natural conduits for casting jutsu, as seen when Sukai uses his swords to command his jutsu. The swords have the innate ability to enhance specific kinds of jutsu. Sukai is the only one to use these weapons. The swords will appear in his hands after about two seconds in another ones hand. Lastly, the sword allow the user to change into different forms, that have a set increase in power, and also a decrease. (I will post forms and jutsu in creation)
History: However, Sukai one day found a pair of small swords that seemed out of place. Like they were left there on purpose. For him to just find. These swords were very speical, because somehow they allowed Sukai to use ninjutsu.
Like Lee, Sukai was unable to perform any other jutsu than Taijutsu. However, these weapons allow Sukai to use all other kinds of jutsu, if already learnt.
