Type: Dojutsu

History:
A doujutsu that is derived from the Sharnigan. After the Sharnigan was implanted into Kakashi's eye, a part of the Sharnigan's DNA melded into Kakashi's blood system, so when he had Obito, the Sharnigan DNA was implanted into Obito, only it had been changed somewhat.

Level 1
Obito will notice that low level Chunin and below are moving at a slow speed. Obito will also see Taijutsu related attacks more clearly. For avoiding incoming attacks, Obito's speed and agility will greatly control whether he can move to avoid it.

Level 2
Obito is now able to see hand signs being made easier. His own ability with jutsus will determine whether he can provide a counter or not though. Seeing the speed of other ninjas also increases, from low level Chunin to high level Chunin. Seeing thorugh Ninjutsu will be easier upon level 2. For avoiding attakcs, Obito's speed and agility will greatly control whether he can move to avoid it.

Level 3
Obito can now pierce through Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. It can also allow Obito the ability to see chakra. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin. The movements of low level Jonin and below can now easily be viewed.

Level 4
Allows Obito to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows Obito to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows him to synchronize his movement to strike at an area moments before his opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there, thus giving the illusion that he can predict the future.

Weakness:
As seen with Kakashi, extensive use of the Sharnigan used up a lot of chakra and left him fatigued. It will take only a good night's rest to recover from Level 1. A day's rest for Level 2. A week's rest for Level 3. And a month's rest for Level 4. Though one can still get up and move around, Ninjutsu and Genjutsu (or anything chakra related) will be out of their reach. Only Taijutsu will be an optional fighting style. Level 1 can be used for days at a time. Level 2 for a day or two. Level 3 for hours. Level 4 for only an hour or two.

Other Notes:
The advancement of a level depends on a ninja's experience. No Mangekyo form.

Obito has Level 3 in his left eye, and Level 4 in his right eye. He can only keep the Satoshigan activated for an hour. He is still working on learning how to use Level 4 effectively in battle, having just recently obtained it. After using the Satoshigan, it will take Obito three to four weeks to be able to use it again.

Approved but I would like to note that you will not be allowed to make a "mangekyo" form. Ive already tried. Yoshimo wont allow it.

Okay. I'll go edit that out. Thanks, and it wasn't really a Mangekyo Form, but something similar as to what Kakashi was able to do, only at a lesser extent as it is derived from the Sharnigan and not the Sharnigan itself.
