Name of Weapon or Item: Lightning Generator Gloves [Free Manipulation]

Description: The LG glove was placed on Hokunam's left hand. There are wires inside the fingertips that were dug through Hokunam's flesh and skin, and attached to his chakra stem in his fingers. The wires opened the stems and allowed him to manipulate what comes out of his fingertips. He can form sorts of different attacks freely with his chakra stems opened up and flowing out, turning into lightning. He uses these gloves for mostly just simple lightning bolts or pin-point two fingered jabs[Like what Hyuugas do]. This was not placed on his right hand, since his right hand is used for advanced, A ranked jutsu. If there was some way that the opponent ripped off his glove, the wires would unnattach and his hand would be left in a bloody mess.

History: Hokunam accually invented this device himself early in his teenage years. His high intelligence allowed his brain, at the age of 13, to work a 30 year old mechanic's brain.

Approved but we still expect to see handsigns when using jutsu.

Well if you're talking about using jutsu with the glove... Its free manipulation, which means you dont need handsigns to do anything. I dont exactly do any sort of jutsu but jabbing the opponent with my two fingers, while expelling lightning chakra[turning into electricity]. And just simple lightning bolts.

But if you mean regular handsigns for jutsu I made, yes im going to use handsigns.
