Appearance: Arashi is 5 feet and 2 inches tall. He wears a dark black jacket, with a white t-shirt under. In the middle of the T-shirt is the Hyuuga crest, and on the right sleeve is the Uzumaki. He wears black pants with a kunai holster strapped to his left thigh. Around his waist, is a pouch, which holds smoke bombs, soldier pills, blood pills and shuriken. He wears blue ninja sandals, like any other ninja and his headband around his arm.

Personality: Arashi used to by shy, like his mother. He barely used to talk to anyone and if he did, he would always studder and embarrass himself. After his fight with a young kunochi named Sunari, he became more aggressive and even more to himself. He made a promise to himself, that he would never ever lose like that again.

History: Arashi Uzumaki is the middle of child of three, Kushinata and Juro Uzumaki. Arashi is said to be the most noble prodigy, because even though he is strong, he does not let it go to his head. He may have the Uzumaki last name, but he sure has the Byakugan. He activated at the age of 10 years old, and apparently, since that day, he was gonna be best out there.

A couple months after becoming a genin, he entered a tournament. He was pitted against a kunochi named Sunari Hikari, who was a very talented chuunin. At the time, he only knew very few jutsu, so the odds weren't in his favor. He lost horribly and was brutally damaged. This event almost put a halt in his ninja career, but he wasn't planning on making that happen. Now, five months later, he's fully recovered and has defected from the Hidden Leaf.

Description: This is a simple yet effective technique. Arashi will thrust his palm in the direction of his opponent, releasing strong, invisible bursts of chakra. The opponent will be sent flying back, and as they begin to get their balance back, Arashi will charge a stronger chakra burst and thrust at his opponent, sending them flying.

Description: Hakkeshou Kaiten is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline using the Jyuuken. Kaiten is a special technique passed down through the main family line. Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye. Byakugan gives the clan member an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings. This allows the member to see all angles of attack.

If an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu. The member then begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack.

Description: Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline. Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a special technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to see the inner chakra coils system. Using the Jyuuken style, they can force their chakra through their hands into the tenketsu of the opponent's body through 126 strikes. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32 and finally 64. This damage forceably closes 64 tenketsu, stopping the chakra flow of the opponent. This then limits their opponents ability to use jutsu.

Ok you cant have the byakuugan. It does not just randomly show up in people. You have to be borh with it as a Hyuuga. Change that. Your history does need to be a little longer and Rain what the fuck are you doing. I never saw tell that you were a mod. DO NOT take it upon yourself to do the duties of a mod when you are not. Next time there will be consequesnces. Also can you read, that clearly says bushin not kage bushin. It is fine.
