Personality: As one of the ancient spirits, his personality goes with his trade. At times he was very depressed and almost to the point of silent. He would have no intentions on talking to anyone, but as he began to understand humans he began to speak alot more and in essence became one of the most talkative spirits. He has much wisdom in his speech and has much guidance to tell. He also has a bit of a humorous side to him as his personality differs from Hitoshi.

Skills/Abilities: As the first shinigami/grim reaper, he has much wisdom and intelligence. The amount of experience he has spent alive as a spirit doing the job of the first shinigami/grim reaper has had its toll on his mind. He understands the powers from all races and of all beings. he understanding strengths, weakness, what makes them tick. Before, he had all rights as the grim reaper to take the lives of those that are living before it was given up to Noctis. He had command over his kingdom and over his reign. His reign strecth that to the deaths of angels and demons. The only thing that he can not do is kill God or Satan. Although he has the wonderous powers of death at his side, he cannot go up and kill those at will. Like said before, he is somewhat omniscient and knows when that person or being is to die (only for NPC type of things only). (Noctis, however, does not have this ability and therefore has the ability kill at will).

Raeper ability also is to redirect genjutsu's towards the opponent, whether its a low level genjutsu or a Tsukiyomi level genjutsu, it can be redirected but it takes three post to do so

Physically, he has a great store of chakra like Noctis. He does not have jutsu's like Noctis but is has some effects to Noctis Suiton abilities for some reason his power has something to do with his ability. Raeper is able to fuse with Noctis at times increasing his status to unbelivable powers

10%-50% power-Long Black angel Wings spread, one of the eyes if blue (Noctis) and one of eyes is red (Raeper).

55%-75% power- Noctis hair spikes up alitte and grows out, the tips of the angel wings have a blue tint to it, a cape appears behind Noctis

80%-95% power- A mixture of Noctis appearance and the Grim reapers cloak takes over, Noctis right hand takes on a skeletal appearance, his face is still the same but a hood is covering his face

100% Full Power- The hood fully covers Noctis face completely, his hands both become skeletal and the wings begin to give off both light and dark aura. His powers of touching someone dying is not in affect but he has the sole ability to drain chakra away from someone if Noctis touches somebody

Weakness: After 80%, the harmful affects it has on Noctis Tengu body is drastic and harms him either way he puts it. There is no damaging affects on him when the fusion is active but the longer the fusion is active the more harm it does to the body. Although Noctis does not practice using these forms, this would be considered a "last resort" method.

History: Historically, he has been around for some time and the amount of history that is in store would be too much for one to understand, however most recently he has given up his eyes to his grandsom Volo and has absorbed himself into Noctis, giving Noctis full reign of power over his kingdom and over death
