Name of jutsu: Kousetsu King

Description:The user manipulates the snow within a specified area forming it around their body, thus covering his or her self in a fully pact dome of snow lining it with chakra from the inside out hardening it and giving it a burn affect if something were to touch it. (the radius is determined by the users capability to manipulate snow)
[b]Weakness: Katon techniques.

Description: Using a natural chemical released by the brain the user creates a liquid made to target and stimulate the amygdala causing the opponent's mind to generate rapid emotions leaving the persons brain in a state of chaos making him or her feel as if they were in different situations for different emotions. The user takes the liquid turning it into gas and making the opponent either inhale or it as a gas or consume it as a liquid, anyway it enters their body it will takes it effect. Example of what happens: if the opponent were to feel sad then they would see in their mind a tragic event taking place, if they were to begin laughing then they would see in their mind something comical taking place). While in this state of Genjutsu the opponent can still here the outside world and will often see images generated by their mind being portrayed in real life.
[b]Weakness: A state of sleepiness or being asleep the g]Genjutsu will not take effect in this case.

Description: When the opponent has some type of liquid on their body the user wil send chakra impulses through it stimulating salt water completely surrounding the ody thus sending a signal to the cells within the opponents body to perform osmosis excreting water from their cell bodies throughout the opponents body.

Description:Manipulating the water within the trees and plant life in the area the user creates a gust of wind causing the leafs on the trees/plants to fly off moving towards the opponent, or simply falling down. Once the leafs make contact with a living being they freeze onto the body and drain chakra from the opponent storing it in the leafs.

Description: Releasing a wave of chakra from the users body the he sends a special chemical through the air, once the opponent has inhaled it the chemical stimulates the brain releasing a a natural sleeping chemical from the rain causing the opponent to fall asleep. The amount of time asleep depends on the amount of chemicals inhaled.

Description: The user crosses their hands pointing the fingers in opposite directions then lets out a screeching noise, that of an eagle. From the sounds waves form multiple phoenix birds made of fire. The amount of birds created depends on how loud the screech is and the size depends on how loud the screech is and less amount of birds created from it (more birds smaller they are, less birds the bigger.)

Description: Using any water source available the user creates a sphere of water the size of a soccer ball creating small current moving in different directions within the sphere. Ice shards begin to form moving in and out of the sphere along the currents. The water begins to move at a dangerous speed of about 100mph depending on the users skill. Once at the users designated speed the sphere creates an air vortex of fuuton chakra. The user then focuses it into his or her hand thus hitting their opponent with it.
[b]Weakness: Dangerous technique and if held or controlled wrong it may explode slicing the user and anyone around him or her at that time.

[b]Weakness: The amount of time it takes to complete the jutsu causes the user to be at risk, if hit the jutsu will stop where the process is at and the amount of chakra to perform the technique.
