Description:
Kizuuton is a kind of element formed through the ying yang manipulation of Metals, and the formation of metals using this type of Ying Yang. Kizuuton is formed through this ying yang, out of the earth itself. The ying yang abilities will allow for chemical reactions that result in the formation of metal. There are is only one person alive right now who has access to this ability, and that is Keiteki Drakun, who inherited the hidden bloodline from the original founder of the Drakun Clan, Mikoto Drakun, who used his metal to help form the clan, and later went on to become a dragon himself. Kizuuton is treated as an element, with Kizuuton being strong against the element of earth, but weak against the element of lightning. Metal is an element known for it's hard, shiny surface, and has been used through the ages, and is a very versatile element.
Kizuuton can be used in various ways. Without using a Kaika, impossibly miniscule amounts of chakra can be emnated using Kizuuton to form weapons, such as Kunai or Shuriken, or larger weapons like swords, axes, or clubs and maces, weapons are easily formed by Kizuuton quickly and effectively. However, advanded use of Kizuuton requires the use of handsigns, and all Kizuuton based usage above a C rank usually requires handsigns. These abilities usually consist of the manipulation and/or creation of metal, but some Kizuuton jutsu affect metal in different ways, such as Kinrotto, which rusts metal, and Aragane, which allows for the melting of metal, and then the manipulation of the melted metal for a period of time. Kizuuton is one of the most powerful and versatile elements in use, and gives it's wielder great capacity and strength.
Weakness: Cannot be used if there is not a source of earth nearby to create metal out of. If it uses existing metal, than this is discounted.

It wouldn't be Kizuuton, it would be Kinton, or Konton.
