Minor Countries

Minor Countries...
What i'm thinking about doing for Minor Countries like Otogakure, and Amegakure, I might make them a fourm and a sub form in the village that they are bordered with.

Like Kusagakure, would have a fourm under the Fire Country, and Waterfall. It also borders Ame. So in a Subform under Ame, you'd have Kusa...It's hard to explain...But I think some of you get what I'm saying

Kusagakure - Forum
Ame - Forum


Suna -Cate.
All of Sunas stuff - Forum
Ame - Forum
Kusa- Sub forum under Ame.

It's hard to explain..but I dont wanna make Categories for minor villages

And will these sub-nations have kage's?

Don't forget, only the five great Shinobi nations have Kages. ;D

But yeah, they'd have leaders.

And I think we need to focus on developing the MAIN Shinobi villages before anything else.

Keiteki has a point. When we get enough people we will add Iwagakure, then we will do this.
