Personality: Setsuna is a calm, collected, and intellectual individual. He can be very arrogant at times and often comments about other people’s intelligence. Even with his high intelligence, Setsuna often gets distracted in his work and has very little common sense at times. As stated by his usual partner Kale. "Do you have any understanding of common sense in that big brain of yours?" Though he seems to think that he is better than everyone, there is two people he holds great respects to; Allelujah and Marie.

History:
Unknown:
The history of Setsuna F. Seiei is literly a pure blank sheet. Where he came from, village, family, records, everything is a blank. The only things that are known about Setsuna is his ability known as Tekunoroji no Soujuu and that he is no doubt a complete genius.

The strange man known as Setsuna:
One day while Allelujah, Marie, and Kale were wandering through Kumogakure when they managed to see a small argument going on. There were two shinobi questioning a man about things and the man was just talking, or rather explaining something to them. It was clear that the two shinobi had no idea what the man meant and as a result the man insulted their intelligence. Allelujah could understand every word though and once the shinobi started to rough up the man he quickly intervened. Using his calming way of speech he managed to get the shinobi to drop the matter and told them that the man was a friend of theirs and that he was sorry for any trouble he had caused. They then walked away with the man, insisting that he come with them. Once they were out of sight the man pulled away and told them he needed no help. Allelujah told him different and told him that there was no way that those shinobi wouldn't have a single clue about a word he would have said. The conversation soon turned into an introduction and then into more conversation. It had been revealed that the mans name was Setsuna F. Seiei. That that was all he knew and that he was an absolute genius. Allelujah was impressed with the Setsuna's talents and asked him if he would accompany them. Setsuna accepted, being that he was also impressed with Allelujah's level of intelligence. He even later states that Allelujah is sometimes the only person he can have any sort of conversation with because everyone else was just brain dead trash of the world. Mindless apes with nothing driving them other than pure violence and hate.

From that point on Setsuna would wander around with them and later joined into Celestial Being, to soon after be made a Meister by Allelujah and teamed up with Kale. Setsuna was then put in control of his section of Celestial Being. He was in charge of mass production of weapons that Allelujah had created. He was also given his own lab for whatever experiments he would like to do, as well to train with his powers as he pleased. Being this he followed Allelujah's plan and made it his own. To do this he made a computer system called Veda. This system he directly linked up with using his kekkei genkai to have the ability to monitor every thing with in the Celestial Being's labs. He also created it to be able to protect all of their files, blue prints, and secrets from being hacked into and stolen. Allelujah was impressed with this creation of Setsuna and changed him from the head of weapon production to information and technology specialist.
